We are looking for a Mechatronic Engineer (Manufacturing & Production Systems) to join our engineering team and contribute to the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of our production equipment and manufacturing processes.
This role is ideal for professionals who want to:

Your responsibilities:
• Design and develop mechanical components, equipment, and manufacturing systems,
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOMs, and documentation,
• Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot mechanical and mechatronic issues,
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance and operational efficiency,
• Support preventive maintenance planning and equipment performance analysis,
• Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and engineering improvement projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
• Experience or knowledge of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes,
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar,
• Strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills,
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have:
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment,
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies,
• Familiarity with production automation and process optimization.
